Return Policy
In-Stock Items
We know you're going to love your jewelry. But if you don't for any reason you are welcome to return your item within 14 days of receiving it.
Returns must be unworn and in their original packaging.
You are responsible for the one-way return shipping and insurance to cover any accidental loss or damage during transit.
Made To Order and Pre-Order Items
All made to order and pre-order items are final sale and not returnable. We do offer store exchange for these items on a case by case basis.

Warranty
We over a 1 year warranty on all our jewelry which covers any manufacturing defects. Jewellery damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered a defect and are not covered under the warranty.
Jewelry no longer under warranty and in need of repair will be charged.
Bespoke Items
All bespoke items come with a free servicing within 1 year of purchase. Due to the nature of bespoke creation, we are unable to refund your item unless there is a fault in construction. After the 1 year servicing timeframe, any servicing or repairs will be charged.
Faulty Items
Your jewellery will be considered faulty if received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 60 days of purchase. Jewellery damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. Alternatively we'll replace your jewellery for an item made in the same design.
If you believe that your goods were received damaged, please contact us within 48 hour of delivery and we will do our best to help.
